Expedited Shipping:
UPS 2nd Day Air is available for eligible orders at checkout. Rates and estimated delivery dates are calculated at checkout. Two-business-day transit begins after shipment; processing time still applies.
Shipping Methods:
- Items exceeding 50” in width or 70 lbs in weight are shipped via Freight Carrier. You will be contacted by the carrier to schedule a delivery time.
- Items under 50” in width and 70 lbs in weight will be shipped via UPS or FedEx as a small package service.
Freight Shipments:
Freight shipments are delivered curbside in residential areas. You may need assistance to move the package indoors, or you can unbox the shipment and carry each piece inside individually. Inspection and Damage:
Upon delivery, please inspect the carton and contents for any damage. If you find any damage, document it on the driver's delivery receipt and contact us immediately at support@proreplacementparts.com no later than 24 hours from the delivery time. We cannot accept responsibility for damage that is not noted on the driver's delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
Order Cancellations:
All order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, our standard return policy will take effect.
