The Reed Instruments R7800 is a digital thickness gage for measurements from 0.1 to 49.2 mil. It uses a magnetic testing method for ferrous metal and can store up to 500 records. Thickness measurement accuracy is ±3% +1 micron for 0 to 1250 micron, or ±3% +0.04 mil for 0 to 49.21 mil.
