The Banner Stakes PL4008 is a belt barrier system with two yellow plastic posts, five black and yellow diagonal-striped belts, and five round flat bases. Each post adjusts from 22 in to 42 in in height and has a diameter of 2 1/2 in. The belts are 15 ft long, the bases are 16 in in diameter, and a cart is included.
