The Securitron M38D is a push-side electromagnetic lock with a 600 lb holding force and surface mounting. It operates on 12/24V DC, drawing 350mA at 12V or 170mA at 24V, and provides instantaneous release. The aluminum lock body measures 10 1/2 in long, 2 1/2 in wide, and 1 11/16 in deep, with a strike plate of 6 1/4 in by 1 5/8 in by 1/2 in.
