It has a 1/8 DIN size, an LED display with four digits, and measures from 1 RPM to 9,999 RPM with an accuracy of 0.4 percent of reading and a resolution of 0.001 RPM. The unit accepts 120/240V AC input, provides a 5V DC output at 5 A, and includes a stainless steel ball bearing.
