Fiberlock Technologies 8360-5 is a white, water-based mold-resistant coating for interior use. It comes in a 5-gallon pail and can be applied to concrete, metal, or wood surfaces that are porous or smooth using a brush, roller, or airless sprayer. Coverage is 150 to 400 square feet per gallon on porous surfaces and 250 to 400 square feet per gallon on smooth surfaces, with a dry time of 1 hour and a recoat time of 4 hours.
