The Greenlee 761 is a 10-3/4" ratchet action cable cutter with a center cutting action. It is rated for a maximum wire thickness of 1 1/8 in for communication cable and 1000 kcmil for copper or aluminum. The tool features fiberglass handles, a blade release that allows blades to be opened in mid-cut, and a single-speed ratchet mechanism for two-handed operation.
